Friends meetings like ours do not “pass the plate” as many churches do, but like almost all religious organizations we rely on donations from members and attenders to keep ourselves going. We have no paid staff, but we have to pay for building upkeep and repairs, for our online presence, and so on. There is a small brown box in the foyer of the Burlington meeting house where people may make donations; if you click on the image below, you will go to a secure page that allows you to do the same thing on line.
